duplicate tracks finder improvement

Varun said in a previous ticket : "Two tracks are duplicates if they have same genre (in tags), author, album, name, year, length in secs, track, and type." It's work find!

Can user dedided what is a duplicate track by choosing which tags will be compared (at least 2 tags) ? Can comparison between time length be fuzzy (the time length is the same if the difference is less than x seconds) ?

From 1.9, duplicate finder is more fuzzy (ignore cases) but we still cannot define the algorithm
