[Catalog perspective] more infos window

Description

In the Catalog perspective, mouse over an album cover pop up a new window giving more infos on the albums. In some case it is very useful, but sometime, it is just a pain. I am proposing to do the following changes to improve user experience:

  • If the mouse stays more than 1 second over the album cover, then display the more info window
  • bypass the 1 second wait by pressing a key: aka shift, control, or alt? (I like control key)

The best will be to have the 1 second value to be configurable in the configuration panel, hence allowing user to set it for example to 0 sec waiting, 10 second waiting, or even -1 (deactivating). If deactivated, we should have the choice in the right click menu on the album to see the more info window.

Funny, I made a change on this at last commit : my solution was to add the "Show popups" option already in Parameter view / UI tab directly at the bottom of the view (at the right of show albums without cover checkbox). I find it's enough, what do you think ?

OK, I add a 1 secs timer on albums, I don't want to make something more complicated for now as we have few time. Please create an 1.5 RFE afterwards if you still find it's not OK for you.
