Description 

It would be nice to be able to rate a file by right-clicking 
on the sys-tray like in in iTunes.

I'm to sure it's compatible with Jajuk philosophy because
default jajuk rating is automatic and inc when playing or
selecting a track. Some user-property rating can be added  (
in the 0.3 series because custom properties are not yet
supported in 0.1 / 0.2 )...
Perhaps we could add a default user-defined rating system
with a scale from 0 to 10 or something like that ?
