Description 

should be configuration for new devices, as the first
step will typically be adding one. jajuk could even
offer this right away by opening the appropriate dialog.

I was previously the case but we switched to physical
perspective after having created the first time wizard to
create device:
o On one hand, you're right we can have to create new devices
o On the other hand, we observed that people are lost after
having created their device using the wizard and don't know
how to switch to others perspectives...
