1605	Add option to disable multiple user check	itoijala		"It would be nice to have an option to disable the popup that informs the user that others might be using the settings directory. I personally only ever run multiple instances of Jajuk when I want to and don't need to be warned. Mostly the popup is shown if Jajuk or Windows crashed and Jajuk could not remove itself from the list of open sessions. On my machine the list grows until I delete the settings directory.

The option to disable the popup (automatically ignore) should be off be default.
