Description

To whom it may concern,

I've installed Jajuk, explored every button and drop-down menu, as well as read through the help file, but...

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to put one of my albums (purchased on CD) into either of my CD Rom drives and then be able to import the tracks and album title to my hard drive and Jajuk simultanieously.

Do I need to cut and paste from the explorer window?

I'm using a 500gig SATA hard drive, an AMD64 Athlon X2 dual core cpu, and I've got 4 gig of usable RAM. My CD Rom drives play my albums perfectly if I use Windows Media Player, so I know that they operate correctly.

Sorry to be a bother but,

Please help,

Chuck Dart

Do you mean audio-CDs ? if so, Jajuk doesn't support them (it only supports Data CDs with audio files like mp3s). To encode/rip your CDs, I suggest using dedicated programs like the excellent CDex.

While it is somewhat undelicate, might I suggest aTunes (www.atunes.org). In aTunes you find the function under menu entry "Tools -> Import CD" or the CD icon in the task bar. You have the choice of different audio formats like ogg, mp3 or flac.

Otherwise you can use a dedicated CD ripper like CDex (Windows only: cdexos.sourceforge.net/)
