Tray disparears under Windows

Description 

In some seldom and unreproductable cases, tray (near
clock under windows) can disapear due to a bug in JDIC
Tray API. If Jajuk is not in the Task Bar at this time,
you will have to kill process using Task Manager,
processes (javaw process). to avoid this kind of
situation, do not uncheck "show jajuk at startup"
option in the tray menu and remove the -notaskbar
option in the Jajuk shortcut command.
